Farrera

The municipality of Farrera (Pallars Sobirà) is set in the heart of Coma de Burg Valley, a unique scenery that rhymes with lovely spots in which the villages still exude the charm of the past, combining tradition and progress. Places where you can feel calm and peace in a territory that is full of amazing contrasts. The municipal territory is composed of six nearby villages (Farrera, Burg, Montesclado, Alendo, Mallolís and Glorieta) whose streets and houses preserve the essence of the past. Santa Maria de la Serra Romanesque chapel, dated back to the 11th century, is located in an privileged spot of La Coma Valley, overlooking the six villages of the municipality.
