Tomás Luís de Victoria, considered to be one of the greatest Renaissance polyphonists in the Iberian Peninsula, published his first compositions just 450 years ago. At 24, from Rome, where he lived since 1565, he achieved posterity thanks to a selection of 33 motets for the whole liturgic year which contains some of his major works. Musica Reservata de Barcelona pays tribute to the famous composer through a programme that presents the collection just the way it was conceived by Victoria.

The tour includes the museum, the church and Llívia old town, whose medieval origin will let you discover an ensemble of buildings that are architecturally interesting as they present a wide variety of styles, from Pyrenean farms to gothic, neoclassical and modernist constructions.
