Sant Feliu de Pallerols

Sant Feliu de Pallerols is located in the region of La Garrotxa, at the headwaters of Hostoles Valley. The whole municipality is included in the Natural Park of La Garrotxa Volcanic Area and an important part of it is also part of Collsacabra Site of Nature Conservation Interest. Surrounded by mountains and volcanoes, the place is full of history: Romanesque bridges and churches, medieval castles (Hostoles and Colltort), country farms, the old town and evidences of the revolts of the farmers. Not forgetting the millenary tradition of Cavallets dance, the Giants and the Mulassa (Big Mule) of the Local Festival, declared a National Heritage Festivity
